Crest

Creative people tend to use an ample amount of brainpower on their work often leading to not getting sufficient sleep or irregular sleeping patterns and when they do want to sleep they have a hard time switching off their mind. Various studies suggest sleep inspires creative insight. Crest looks at changing their relationship with their sleep environment by considering the habits they have developed with tech and their overactive mind. It gives a creative the reassurance of capturing those sudden thoughts or ideas, store them in a safe place, and set aside to see the next day. It helps creatives develop their own sleep routine and blocks them from distractions. So that over time, it could lead to a ritual that makes it easier for them to fall asleep. Crest helps them adjust and embrace a new attitude to sleep.
