Good day! I’m Sofiya, a graphic designer and digital artist intrigued by East-Asian artistic tradition and passionate about immersive storytelling. I’m a creative with multicultural and multilingual background dedicated to translating thoughts and experiences into visual language, playing with the written word and designing stories. My greatest strength is idea generation and concept development. To explore these concepts, I have experimented with various mediums, including editorial design, illustration, web design and photography. I am fascinated by media art and the never-before-possible visual experiences created through the fusion of technology and visual art; I am inspired by works of teamLab and Atelier Lumiere. I am a member of the International Society of Typographic Designers (ISTD) since my editorial work “Invisible Struggles” was selected in ISTD 2021 Student Assessment Scheme.
